LHH is partnering with a client in Winston-Salem searching for an Estimator to join their growing team! This role will be direct hire, onsite M-F 8-5 and paying $50-60k with full benefits (medical, dental, vision, PTO, paid holidays, 401k, etc.). Pricing, quoting, and/or estimating experience strongly preferred for this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate heavily with internal sales and customer service teams, dealers, and clients regarding new jobs/projects

  • Provide detailed quote based on each project’s specifications, timeline, costs, etc.

  • Review equipment and research competitor’s equipment to identify potential improvement opportunities

  • Utilize tools to measure documents and utility schedules

  • Review digital drawings via CAD

  • Track each project through to completion

  • Act as backup for CSR’s to answering incoming customer inquiries

Qualifications:

  • Must have pricing, quoting, and/or estimating experience

  • Experience using Microsoft Dynamics, CAD and/or Excel strongly preferred

  • Must be a critical thinker, a strong communicator and multi-tasker

  • Ability to be a proactive, efficient problem-solver

Pay Details: $50,000.00 to $60,000.00 per year
