Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This opportunity spans the 2026-2027 school year, providing full-time hours and exposure to diverse campuses and age groups within a vibrant educational community.
In this position, you'll deliver essential SLP services across multiple schools, partnering with educators and families to empower students of all abilities. You'll have the flexibility to utilize your expertise with a variety of age groups and settings while making a difference each day.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Active Florida Speech-Language Pathologist license required
- Experience in a school setting preferred, but strong new graduates (CFs) considered
- Comfort working with various age groups and caseloads
- Ability to adapt therapies for individual needs
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Willingness to commute between campuses as assigned (please provide your zip code to optimize placement)
- Open to participating in a prescreen interview as part of the hiring process
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Document progress and maintain strong communication with staff and families
- Contribute to IEP meetings and student progress reviews
- Educate staff and caregivers on strategies to support student growth
