Adecco is seeking an Administrative Staff Assistant for a client located in Piscataway, NJ. Apply today for immediate consideration!

Title: Administrative Staff Assistant
Pay rate: $24/hr
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm
Duration: Till February 2026 (may extend depending on the need)
Location: Piscataway NJ

The administrative staff assistant will work closely with the Graduate Director and provide support to the Graduate Program.
This is an administrative role that requires responding to student emails, phone calls, scheduling, calendar management, ordering supplies, distribution of emails.
The individual will also assist with organizing events, handling all the logistics, and communication for the events.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written

  • Prior administrative experience is required. Experience with coordinating events is a plus

  • Friendly and proactive

  • Must be able to follow directions

  • Organized and punctual

  • MS Office savvy




Pay Details: $24.00 per hour
