What Youll Do:
- Own your production tasks and work within a team environment
- Cross-train to expand your skills and take on more responsibility
- Follow strict sanitation and food safety guidelines for products, containers, and equipment
- Maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency
- Minimize waste and ensure our high standards of quality control are met
- Take pride in your work and escalate concerns when necessarybring your can-do attitude every day!
What You Bring:
- 3+ yearsin a food production environment (preferred)
- Consistency, reliability, and attention to detail
- Commitment to maintaining exceptional hygiene standards
- A valid Food Handlers Permit (or willingness to obtain one within 30 days of starting)
- Strong PC skills with a willingness to adopt new tools
- Bilingual inSpanish and Englishis a big plus!
Can You Handle It?
- Standing on your feet for 2-3 hours at a time (youve got this!)
- Lifting up to 40 lbs without breaking a sweat
