A member of KorTerra’s Software Development team, the Business Intelligence Analyst will collect, analyze, and report on data to meet our customers' reporting needs. The Business Intelligence Analyst will write reports that are customer-facing and specific to their needs using Microsoft Power BI and SQL.
Primary responsibilities:
- Create informative, actionable, and repeatable reporting based on customer needs.
- Organize large amounts of information and data and present to a diverse audience
- Identify opportunities for process change / improvement through reporting and analysis
- Incorporate data into technically accurate, easily understandable text and/or graphics
- Participate in other team projects as needed.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of business-related experience: relevant analytical and technical skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Power BI and/or SQL
- 4-year degree or equivalent experience
