Job Summary:
Concrete Laborers perform a wide range of physical tasks on construction sites involving the pouring, setting, finishing, and curing of concrete. This role supports concrete masons and construction crews in preparing job sites and delivering quality concrete work.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in setting up forms and molds for concrete structures.

Mix, pour, and spread concrete using hand tools and power tools.

Level and smooth concrete surfaces using trowels, screeds, and floats.

Place rebar or wire mesh in forms before pouring concrete.

Operate machinery such as concrete saws, vibrators, and mixers.

Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).

Clean tools, work sites, and equipment after completing jobs.

Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment from trucks.

Work as part of a team under the direction of a foreman or supervisor.
Qualifications:

Previous experience in concrete or general construction preferred.

Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.

Familiarity with construction tools and safety protocols.

Reliable transportation and punctuality.

Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
