We are seeking an experienced Surgical Technologist with strong Level 1 Trauma experience to support high-acuity surgical procedures, including craniotomy cases, in a fast-paced operating room environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain sterile surgical environment
• Assist surgeons during trauma and complex surgical procedures
• Handle surgical instruments, supplies, and equipment efficiently
• Anticipate surgeon needs, especially during neuro/trauma cases
• Ensure adherence to infection control and safety protocols
• Support patient positioning, draping, and intraoperative care

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of Level 1 Trauma experience (must be clearly listed in work history)
• Strong experience with craniotomy procedures
• Demonstrated high competency on skills checklist
• Certification as Surgical Technologist (CST) preferred
• Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced OR setting
