NorCal Spas is Northern California's #1 Refurbished Hot Tub Dealer.
We are a small, young team currently looking to expand. The current job opening is for an assistant position. Pay and position is always based on performance. We are happy to promote based on consistent performance. We are looking for an ambitious, dependable, and hard-working individual who does not want to sit behind a desk. Most of the job will be driving to and from deliveries and pick ups. The salary for this position is negotiable and will be awarded based on contribution. All candidates must undergo a 90 day probationary period to ensure a good fit.
This role is responsible for:
-Driving to/from the delivery/pickup address
-Handling all paperwork and payments to/from customers
-Professionally disconnecting hot tub(s) and diagnosing issues after proper training
-Moving portable hot tub(s) to/from customers' residences (with assistance)
-Loading portable hot tub(s) on and off the truck (with assistance)
-Cleaning portable hot tubs and prepping them for delivery
-Repairing spas as instructed after proper training
Applicants MUST:
-Be experienced in towing trailers
-Have strong Work Ethic and be SELF MOTIVATED
-Have strong customer service skills
-Be confident making decisions and solving problems
-Be responsible and comfortable working independently
-Be able to lift at least 100 Lbs.
-Have reliable transportation
-Have a valid drivers license and a clean driving record
-Be available in the early mornings - a typical work day begins around 5AM and ends by 2pm
-Prior experience as a mover is a plus
-This is a Full Time position - assume to work every day.. and sometimes Saturday mornings (overtime will be paid accordingly)

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
