As a CSR, youll be the first point of contact for our clients helping with policy service, billing, and claims support while ensuring every interaction builds trust and confidence. This is not a sales role your success is measured by client satisfaction, accuracy, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional service via phone, email, walk-ins, and social media
  • Assist with policy changes, billing, payments, and claims follow-up
  • Schedule and prepare Farmers Friendly Review (FFR) appointments
  • Support client appreciation events and community initiatives
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with agency standards
  • Collaborate with team members to improve workflows and service delivery


Requirements

  • Previous customer service or office experience (insurance preferred but not required)
  • Active P&C and/or Life license (or willingness to obtain with paid training)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Organized, proactive, and reliable team player
  • Familiarity with Farmers systems like APEX is a bonus
