As a CSR, youll be the first point of contact for our clients helping with policy service, billing, and claims support while ensuring every interaction builds trust and confidence. This is not a sales role your success is measured by client satisfaction, accuracy, and teamwork.

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service via phone, email, walk-ins, and social media
- Assist with policy changes, billing, payments, and claims follow-up
- Schedule and prepare Farmers Friendly Review (FFR) appointments
- Support client appreciation events and community initiatives
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with agency standards
- Collaborate with team members to improve workflows and service delivery
Requirements
- Previous customer service or office experience (insurance preferred but not required)
- Active P&C and/or Life license (or willingness to obtain with paid training)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Organized, proactive, and reliable team player
- Familiarity with Farmers systems like APEX is a bonus
