Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Make a meaningful impact in the lives of students as a contract Speech-Language Pathologist. This onsite role is available for the 2026–2027 school year, with the possibility of extended school year (ESY) work for 2025–2026 as well. Two professionals are being sought to support elementary and middle school students, with opportunities to work across the full PreK–12th grade range. Expect to collaborate on campus, serving a diverse student population in a dynamic school environment.
Qualifications and Preferred Experience:
- Current, active Michigan SLP license required (include a screenshot of your license with your application)
- SLP-CCC credential preferred
- Experience in a school-based SLP position
- Confidence to work independently and manage a full caseload
- Familiarity with evaluations, developing and implementing IEPs, and progress monitoring
- Comfortable providing support across grade levels, including PreK through grade 12
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to students individually and in groups
- Conduct assessments, screenings, and evaluations as required
- Develop individualized treatment plans and IEP goals for each student
- Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and student progress
- Serve as a resource and collaborate with teachers, families, and other school professionals
- Manage a schedule of up to 35 hours per week, onsite, with flexibility to align work hours within the traditional school day
