Responsibilities:
• Welcome visitors, clients, and staff with a friendly and attentive demeanor.
• Schedule appointments efficiently and maintain updated calendars.
• Provide clear and accurate information to clients about services and procedures.
• Handle payment transactions, including cash, credit, or electronic methods, and issue receipts promptly.
• Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail as well as deliveries.
• Answer and direct calls using a multi-line phone system.
• Support administrative tasks such as data entry, record keeping, and filing.
• Assist in coordinating office activities and ensuring smooth communication.• At least 2 years of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Proficiency in using multi-line phone systems and handling inbound calls.
• Familiarity with payment processing methods and cash handling.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office and scheduling software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Capacity to multitask effectively and remain composed under pressure.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
