 Job Summary&nbsp;We’re looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Field Support Specialist to support our property management team with on-site responsibilities. This entry-level role is perfect for someone who enjoys being in the field, interacting with potential tenants, and ensuring our properties are ready for leasing.&nbsp; Responsibilities&nbsp;

<li>Travel to properties to conduct showings for prospective tenants</li>
<li>Perform inspections of vacant units and report on conditions</li>
<li>Assist with property listings, signage placement, and lockbox setup</li>
<li>Support leasing and property management teams with&nbsp; tasks</li>
<li>Ensure properties are clean, secure, and presentable before showings</li>
</ul>
 QualificationsValid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and a reliable vehicle
<ul>
<li>Strong communication and organizational skills</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and manage a flexible field-based schedule</li>
<li>Detail-oriented with a customer-first attitude</li>
<li>Interest in property management or leasing is a plus</li>
<li>Must be bilingual in English / Spanish&nbsp;</li>
