About the Role:

The Food and Beverage (F&B) Supervisor at The Current Hotel plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of all food and beverage services within the hotel. This position is responsible for overseeing daily activities in dining areas, coordinating staff, and maintaining high standards of customer service to enhance guest satisfaction. The F&B Supervisor will work closely with the kitchen and service teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of food and beverages while adhering to health and safety regulations. Additionally, this role involves managing inventory, assisting in staff training, and supporting management in implementing operational strategies. Ultimately, the F&B Supervisor contributes to creating a welcoming and efficient environment that promotes repeat business and positive guest experiences.


2nd shift

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or diploma in hospitality management is preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in food and beverage service, with some supervisory experience.
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in food safety or hospitality management.
  • Experience working in a hotel or upscale restaurant environment.
  • Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.
  • Leadership training or experience managing a diverse team.
  • Multilingual abilities to better serve a diverse clientele.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily operations of food and beverage service areas to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Lead, train, and motivate F&B staff to maintain high standards of customer service and operational excellence.
  • Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage stock to prevent shortages or excess waste.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations across all F&B outlets.
  • Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally to maintain guest satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and management teams to optimize service delivery and resolve operational issues.
  • Prepare reports on sales, inventory, and staff performance for management review.
