Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to residents following individualized care plans and facility policies.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately within LPN scope of practice.
• Provide comprehensive nursing assessment, care planning, and evaluation for a caseload of post-acute and long-term residents.
• Supervise and direct LPNs and CNAs/GNAs, ensuring safe, high-quality care and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Active, unencumbered LPN or RN licence in the state of Maryland.
• Minimum 1 year recent experience in SNF, LTC, or post-acute rehab preferred.
• Current BLS/CPR certification; ACLS and IV certifications a plus for RN.
• Ability to work per diem across day, evening, and night shifts and commute reliably to Brooklyn Park, MD.
