Exciting Opportunity for RN - Preop/PACU or OR RN\n\nJob Description:\n\n- Are you a passionate RN with strong leadership skills looking to make an impactful difference in patient care?\n \n- We are seeking an outstanding OR RN or Preop PACU to join our dynamic team!\n\n- Shift Information:\n - Monday through Friday, 0630 - 1530 (adjustable for the right candidate)\n\n- Minimum Requirements:\n - 2+ years of nursing experience\n - Current, valid RN license in state of practice\n - General Certifications: ACLS, BLS/BCLS, PALS, NRP, ATT\n - Nursing Certifications: CPI, ENPC, RNFA, TNCC, AWHONN, STABLE, ASLS\n\n- Key Responsibilities:\n - Assess and address patients' physical, psychological, and educational needs.\n - Collaborate with patients and families to formulate and revise care plans.\n - Direct and supervise nursing staff and health care team activities.\n - Evaluate patients' responses to care and make necessary adjustments.\n - Document all assessments, interventions, and evaluations clearly and accurately.\n - Participate in continuing education and clinical research when possible.\n \n- Physical Demands:\n - Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, and lift up to 75 pounds.\n - Strong communication skills and adequate hearing/vision.\n - Utilize proper body mechanics when assisting patients.\n\n- Preferred Qualifications:\n - Strong experience in PreOp/PACU settings \n - Enthusiasm for precepting and mentoring other team members\n\nWhy Catalytic Solutions (CatSol): \nAt CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
