Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Step into a dynamic school-based setting and provide exceptional support as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the full 2026-2027 academic year. This full-time contract opportunity offers 37.5 hours per week, working with PreK, elementary, and high school students. Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current or pending Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP), or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
  • Valid SLP license or eligibility for state licensure.
  • Previous experience in a school setting preferred, especially with PreK through high school populations.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
  • Commitment to fostering inclusive educational environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for speech, language, and communication disorders.
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students as required.
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and interdisciplinary teams to support student goals.
  • Maintain thorough records of student progress and adhere to documentation standards.
  • Provide consultation and training to school staff regarding communication strategies and student needs.
  • Manage a diverse caseload across different grade levels, adapting interventions as appropriate for each student’s age and abilities.
