Your Role

• As a Commercial HVAC Refrigeration Technician, you will:
• Perform scheduled maintenance, service requests, repairs, and equipment changeouts
• Collaborate with dispatchers, coordinators, supervisors, and technical resources
• Operate a fully stocked service van equipped with an iPad, iPhone, and necessary PPE
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems, including ice machines
• Conduct preventative maintenance and recommend repairs to minimize downtime
• Respond to emergency service requests and provide facility condition assessments
• Participate in facility-related projects and adhere to safety protocols
• Deliver excellent customer service and complete paperwork promptly

Qualifications

• Experience: 3–6 years in commercial HVAC refrigeration systems
• Certifications: EPA Certification required
• Physical Requirements: Ability to climb/descend ladders carrying up to 30 lbs., lift up to 75 lbs., and work in confined spaces (e.g., crawlspaces, attics)
• Security & Compliance: Must meet enhanced security clearance, pass drug, background, and driver’s license checks
• Availability: Flexible to work overtime and travel as needed

Skills:

• Install and service heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems
• Troubleshoot and repair commercial HVAC equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance and emergency repairs
• Strong customer service and independent work ethic
• Familiarity with industry software (preferred but not required)
• Safety: Willingness to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
