  • Develop and implement ongoing training opportunities to enhance staff knowledge and skills.

Family & Community Engagement

  • Conduct home visits to support high-need or crisis cases.
  • Lead or participate in family meetings and multidisciplinary collaboration meetings with CFSA and community partners.
  • Offer after-hours coverage on a rotating basis to ensure family safety and program responsiveness.

Monitoring & Compliance

  • Ensure staff adhere to CFSA and PTWMSI documentation standards in the EHR platform.
  • Monitor family progress toward prevention goals and safety outcomes; track and analyze data to inform program improvements.
  • Submit timely reports on program outcomes, compliance, and service delivery quality.

Collaboration & Leadership

  • Facilitate team meetings to promote collaboration, share best practices, and maintain a supportive team culture.
  • Coordinate with Program Managers, Clinical Directors, and community partners to ensure families receive comprehensive, wraparound support.
  • Model PTWs values of equity, cultural humility, and community impact in all professional practices.

  • Current LICSW or LPC in DC (or equivalent licensure).
  • At least 3 years of clinical or supervisory experience serving children and families.
  • Strong understanding of family dynamics, child welfare systems, and community resources.
