Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This opportunity is for a Special Education Teacher to support elementary students in a school setting in Clemson, SC. The position is part-time with working hours from 7:30 AM to 11:30 AM, focusing on providing specialized instruction within a pull-in/pull-out service delivery model. The role involves working closely with a small group of 15 to 17 students to address their individual learning needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver pull-in and pull-out special education instruction tailored to elementary students.
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) to ensure student progress.
  • Collaborate with classroom teachers and support staff to create inclusive learning environments.
  • Monitor and document student progress and outcomes.
  • Maintain a structured and supportive classroom atmosphere during instructional hours.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Valid Special Education Teacher certification.
  • Experience working with elementary-aged students in special education.
  • Ability to effectively use pull-in and pull-out instructional methods.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
