What You’ll Do
As a Transportation Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring everything runs like clockwork. Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating transportation schedules and routes to optimize efficiency.
- Communicating with drivers, vendors, and clients to ensure timely deliveries.
- Monitoring shipments and resolving any logistical challenges that arise.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation for all transportation activities.
- Collaborating with the team to improve processes and enhance service quality.
What We’re Looking For
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience in transportation coordination, logistics, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication abilities to liaise with team members and external partners.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using transportation management systems or related software is a plus.
