Job Description
We are a dedicated private home care provider servicing Broward, Dade and Palm Beach Counties for over 20 years. We are seeking an energetic and motivated Client Care Liaison - Marketing/Sales Representative to join our team.
Salary range $65,000-$70,000 plus commission. Unlimited earning potential
Responsibilities:
- Call on social workers, case managers, and other healthcare professionals in hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and communities within an assigned territory to promote our services and generate referrals.
- Meet with prospective clients to determine needs, make appropriate care recommendations, establish an initial plan of care, and coordinate services.
- Providing on-going support to clients and assisting internal staff with resolving issues and/or meeting client needs.
- Develop a marketing plan in collaboration with management to meet or exceed established sales goaIs.
- Maintain detailed records of all sales and prospective activities.
- Identify new business opportunities.
- Regularly participate in community and industry networking events.
- Establish working rapport with industry professionals in the territory.
- Attend all mandatory sales meetings and/or training.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, marketing, nursing, social work, or related field (or equivalent work experience) preferred but not required
- 2–3 years of experience in healthcare sales, business development, or community outreach (home health, hospice, skilled nursing, or related services preferred).
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales/referral goals.
- Strong understanding of healthcare systems, referral processes, and post-acute care services.
- Excellent relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to assess client needs and provide appropriate care solutions.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and maintaining accurate records.
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven with the ability to work independently.
- Willingness to travel within assigned territory (Broward County) and attend occasional after-hours networking events.
- Background check required - Level 2
