NOW HIRING!! A-Line is seeking an experienced Contact Center Senior Specialist to join our Commercial Operations team. In this role, you will provide high-quality support to clients across multiple channels—phone, chat, and email—while ensuring superior service and operational efficiency. You’ll play an active role in identifying and implementing process improvements, conducting root cause analyses, and enhancing overall client experience.
Job Title: Contact Center Senior Specialist
Location: East Providence or Johnston, RI
Pay Rate: $21.00 – $21.50 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Serve Commercial Card, ACH, and Cash Management customers through various contact channels.
- Provide research, guidance, and training to clients on all available products and services.
- Diagnose, prioritize, and resolve customer issues or escalate as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to reconcile and prevent recurring service problems.
- Proactively identify service trends and communicate potential risks or opportunities to management.
- Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance service levels and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of customer service and call center experience; banking experience strongly preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven time management and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of technical proficiency and comfort navigating multiple systems.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently.
Education
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
