This opportunity offers a rewarding role as a Staff Pharmacist in a specialty retail setting focused on both sterile and non-sterile compounding. Based in Winston-Salem, NC, this 13-week contract-to-hire position provides a structured day schedule from Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, with a one-hour lunch break. There is potential for direct hire at the conclusion of the contract period.

The role involves utilizing PK order entry software (similar to QS1); comprehensive training will be provided for this system. This position is ideal for pharmacists with a commitment to precision and quality in medication preparation, especially in sterile compounding environments.

Key Qualifications:

Licensed pharmacist in North Carolina
Minimum of 1 to 2 years of pharmacy experience
Experience with sterile compounding is highly desired
Non-sterile compounding experience is advantageous
Comfortable working with order entry systems; PK training available

Responsibilities include accurate dispensing and compounding of medications, maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and supporting the pharmacy team to deliver excellent patient care. Candidates should be detail-oriented with strong communication skills to work effectively within a specialty retail team.
