Are you an experienced client lead with a passion for sports and driving high-level campaigns with athletes, teams, and brands?


We are looking for an Account Supervisor to join our team on a 5-month contract. This is a contract role with potential to transition into a full-time position, contingent on performance and business needs. You will lead client communication, oversee project execution, and ensure internal teams are aligned to deliver best-in-class work for one of our largest accounts—a global brand with a strong sports marketing portfolio.


As the day-to-day client lead, you’ll collaborate with creative, strategy, and production teams to bring athlete-driven and sports-centered campaigns to life. You’ll guide the team through projects that range from digital activations and social-first content to on-site experiences and live coverage.


This role is compensated at $35 to $41 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

Requirements:

Client Management:

  • Coordinate with internal departments such as creative, strategy, and production
  • Manage client communication and campaign execution
  • Recap work and report on campaign performance

Project Management:

  • Work cross-departmentally to support campaign development, production, and delivery
  • Manage timelines, team communication, and creative execution
  • Price and scope creative work
  • Support internal team communication and resourcing
  • Work on digital marketing campaigns including social media, digital stunts, live coverage, and on-site productions

Requirements

Required

  • Strong understanding of the sports landscape, including athlete partnerships and sports marketing trends
  • Familiarity with fast-paced digital agency or sports environments
  • Outstanding client service and relationship management skills
  • Confident navigating live coverage, social content, and digital production initiatives
  • Ability to collaborate cross-departmentally across creative, strategy, and production
  • Proven experience managing timelines, team communication, and execution
  • Ability to scope and price creative projects effectively

Preferred

  • Knowledge of the WNBA
  • Experience with social media campaigns, digital stunts, or on-site productions
