Compensation: $76,000

Position Summary
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a high-impact recruiting role responsible for managing full-cycle hiring efforts across multiple industrial repair facilities. This position focuses heavily on high-volume hourly recruiting for skilled trades and blue-collar positions, while also supporting select salaried hiring initiatives as needed.
This role will partner closely with hiring managers, HR leadership, trade schools, workforce organizations, and community partners to attract and hire top talent in highly competitive labor markets. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced operational environments, is highly organized, and can guide candidates through every stage of the hiring process with urgency and professionalism.

What You’ll Do
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume hourly positions across multiple repair facilities
- Review resumes, conduct phone screens, coordinate interviews, and manage offer processes
- Coordinate pre-employment activities including background checks, drug screenings, and onboarding support
- Provide high-touch candidate communication and support throughout the hiring process
- Partner with hiring managers on staffing plans and recruiting priorities
- Build recruiting pipelines through trade schools, workforce centers, community organizations, and hiring events
- Plan and support job fairs, onsite hiring events, and community outreach initiatives
- Manage social media recruiting activity and support employer branding campaigns
- Create and manage sponsored job ads and recruiting marketing efforts
- Utilize ATS and recruiting platforms including Workday, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other sourcing tools
- Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate recruiting documentation
- Support select salaried recruiting initiatives as business needs evolve
- Develop creative recruiting strategies to compete in challenging labor markets
What You Bring
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Strong background in high-volume hourly recruiting
- Experience recruiting within manufacturing, industrial, skilled trades, or blue-collar environments
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities simultaneously
- Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
- Experience using ATS systems and recruiting technology platforms
- Experience using social media and online sourcing tools for recruiting
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment
- Willingness to travel up to 15% and support occasional non-traditional recruiting hours
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting multi-site recruiting environments
- Rail industry recruiting experience
- Experience with hiring events, workforce partnerships, and trade school outreach
- Experience managing employer branding or recruiting-focused social media initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
