What You’ll Do

Install & Retrofit: Lead the installation of high-efficiency heating and cooling systems.
Service & Repair: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and fix HVAC units to keep our neighbors comfortable.
Preventative Care: Perform routine maintenance to maximize system longevity.
Emergency Response: Provide expert solutions when customers need us most.

What You Bring to the Table

Proven Experience: You’ve spent time in the field and know your way around a furnace and an AC unit.
Technical Literacy: Ability to read wiring diagrams and schematics with ease.
Reliability: You take pride in showing up on time and doing the job right the first time.
Problem-Solving Skills: You enjoy the "puzzle" of a complex repair.
EPA Certification (preferred).
