Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our team. Working Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, this role is crucial in ensuring the efficient preparation and shipment of goods.
Responsibilities
- Prepare shipments for postal or commercial conveyance by determining the most economical and efficient shipping method.
- Select appropriate shipping containers and pack items to ensure safe delivery.
- Prepare bills of lading and verify items to be shipped against work orders for correct quantities, destinations, and routing.
- Receive and unload incoming materials, compare packing slip information with purchase orders to verify shipment accuracy.
- Sort, count, package, label, insure, unpack, and/or log inventory that is shipped or received.
- Utilize tools such as scan guns, pallet jacks, tow motors, shrink wrap, and box cutters.
Essential Skills
- Experience with forklifts, inventory management, shipping and receiving.
- Proficiency in order picking, pallet jack operation, and RF scanner usage.
- Ability to handle general labor tasks and operate electric pallet jacks.
- Competency in data entry and inventory control.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Ability to work independently and maintain positive relationships with team members and management.
- Experience driving large box trucks is preferred.
- Capability to handle average-weight objects up to 20 lbs, occasionally up to 60 lbs.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
