Bob Boyte Chevrolet is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Biloxi, MS. In this role, you will oversee sales operations, drive revenue growth, and build strong customer relationships to ensure the continued success of our dealership.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed dealership goals.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to deliver exceptional customer service and maximize sales performance.
- Manage sales processes, including prospecting, customer follow-up, and closing deals.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize inventory, marketing, and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts to inform management decisions.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the automotive industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to analyze sales metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to work in Biloxi, MS.
- 5 years management experience is REQUIRED
- New and Preowned experience is REQUIRED
- Domestic experience is a plus
