Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with customers, supporting their needs from inquiry through order completion, while also assisting with quoting and sales support. We design and manufacture custom interior signs with braille, including interior signs with braille and tactile lettering. The right candidate will be organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers by phone and email regarding quotes, orders, and project updates.
  • Provide support by guiding customers through the quoting and ordering process, answering questions, and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Prepare, review, and process customer quotes and order details accurately.
  • Collaborate with sales, design, and production teams to ensure customer requirements are clearly communicated and fulfilled.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical files related to customer orders.
  • Keep workstation and files clean and orderly.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service and Sales/Quoting preferred.
  • Previous experience with Interior/Exterior Signs for building projects a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Acrobat is helpful but not required.
  • Ability to prioritize and plan tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Outgoing, dependable, and team-oriented personality with a willingness to learn.
