We are looking for a Family Medicine Physician to join our healthcare team due to a physician retiring. With a fully outpatient role and accessible facilities, you'll deliver high-quality care without any call or inpatient duties.

Practice Details:

• Free-standing facility with 6 exam rooms and independent offices for the physician and Nurse Practitioner
• Dedicated RN on desk and Medical Assistant (MA) for rooming patients
• On-site lab and x-ray available
• The clinic operates during regular business hours, allowing for structured patient care delivery
• Majority of current patients are older adults, and there is an opportunity to also work as Medical Director for local Nursing Homes

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday
• Fully outpatient role
• No call or inpatient responsibilities

Financials & Benefits:

• $100,000 sign-on, base between $275,000 - $285,000
• RVU-based bonuses, easily exceeding $300,000
• 30 Days PTO, plus holidays, and full benefits
