Job Summary:
We are seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to work in an outpatient orthopedic setting. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, manage a steady caseload, and thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic conditions
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Educate patients on exercises, recovery, and injury prevention
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes
Patient Population:
- Outpatient Orthopedics
Schedule & Workload:
- 36 hours guaranteed, with potential to work up to 40 hours/week
- Expected to see 12–14 patients per day
- Productivity expectation: 60 visits per week
- Double-booking of follow-up visits is expected
- Overtime (OT) must be pre-approved by the director
Requirements:
- Licensed Physical Therapist (PT)
- Outpatient experience preferred
- New graduates accepted
- First-time travelers accepted
