We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of events from concept to completion. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, is highly organized, and has a passion for delivering high-quality experiences that exceed client expectations.
Responsibilities:

Plan and coordinate events from initial concept through execution

Manage event logistics including venue selection, vendor negotiations, scheduling, and budget oversight

Collaborate with clients to understand objectives and align on event goals

Coordinate internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and smooth execution

Conduct on-site inspections and supervise event setup, operation, and breakdown

Troubleshoot issues that arise during events and provide swift, effective solutions

Maintain detailed records and post-event evaluations for continuous improvement
Qualifications
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field

2+ years of experience in event planning or coordination

Strong organizational and time management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with event planning tools is a plus

Availability to work flexible hours including some evenings and weekends
