Field RN Hours

• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• On-call one weekend per month is required
• Travel required between patients (Mileage reimbursed at $0.41/mile)
• Although the office is in Pleasant View, coverage will be for areas such as Clarksville, Hendersonville, Ashland City, Goodlettsville

Field RN Compensation

• The pay for this position is $48.69 an hour
• Benefits are available to full-time employees
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees.

Field RN Responsibilities

• Conduct home health visits, typically 4–6 per day
• Complete and manage OASIS assessment forms accurately
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
• Supervise care plans and Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses as needed
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to address patient needs
• Monitor, manage, and document medication administration and safety procedures
• Communicate with physicians regarding patient status and changes
• Coordinate care transitions, including hospital discharges
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and infection control standards
• Train staff on individual-specific health protocols and medication administration
• Complete required daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual nursing documentation

Field RN Requirements

• Active RN License in Tennessee or Compact State License (must be multistate if out-of-state)
• Minimum of 1 year of home health experience required
• Proficient with OASIS assessment
• Experience with HCHB (Homecare Homebase) preferred, but not required
