We are seeking a skilled and reliable Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating Bobcats, mini excavators, and other similar machinery. This role involves supporting construction and site maintenance activities while ensuring safety, efficiency, and high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities:

· Operate Bobcat, mini excavator, and other heavy machinery safely and efficiently.

· Perform site preparation, grading, trenching, backfilling, and material handling.

· Assist with landscaping, utility installation, and general construction tasks as required.

· Conduct routine inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning.

· Report any equipment issues, damages, or maintenance needs promptly.

· Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.

· Coordinate with site supervisors, crew members, and project managers for daily tasks.

· Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Requirements:

· Proven experience operating a Bobcat, mini excavator, or similar machinery.

· Valid Driver's License and ability to pass a medical card exam.

· Strong understanding of safety protocols and equipment operation standards.

· Ability to read and follow instructions and supervisor guidance.

· Physically fit and able to work in outdoor environments.

· Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

· Must be fluent in Spanish
