Job DescriptionAbout the Role: Join Illumination Self Care Center LLC, an award winning day spa, as a Massage Therapist and make a positive impact on our clients' well-being. We are seeking passionate and skilled therapists to provide exceptional massage services in a supportive and serene environment.

Compensation is commision based. $500 hiring bonus for part-time. $750 hiring bonus for full-time.
Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality massage therapy services tailored to client needs.
• Conduct thorough assessments to understand client preferences and health conditions.
• Utilize various techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, and sports massage.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming treatment space for clients.
• Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their comfort and satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Valid massage therapy license in the state of Massachusetts.
• Liability insurance for massage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create a relaxing and therapeutic environment for clients.
• Available to work nights and/or Saturday/Sunday weekends.
