Compensation: $28.00–$35.00 per hour
Location: Orlando, FL and surrounding areas
Schedule: Full-time | Flex hours based on project timelines
Travel: Occasional travel (1–2 weeks at a time)

What You’ll Do:
As our Lead Shade Installer, you'll take the reins on-site, working closely with project managers and your installation crew to ensure timely, precise, and high-quality installations. You’ll represent Contexture with professionalism, integrity, and a solutions-focused mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise installation crews of 1–4 team members
- Organize, plan, and execute daily job assignments
- Ensure all work meets Contexture’s standards and project specifications
- Maintain safety compliance (exceeding OSHA standards)
- Report project updates and maintain thorough documentation
- Provide top-tier customer service to clients on-site
- Support and train new team members using Contexture’s onboarding system
- Foster a team-first culture while working independently or collaboratively
- Uphold safety protocols and quality control throughout all projects
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in window treatment installation (shades, blinds, drapes, etc.), with team lead or foreperson experience
- Excellent with power and hand tools; skilled in carpentry basics
- Able to lift 50 lbs. overhead and work at varying heights
- Comfortable on feet for extended periods and working long or irregular hours
- Strong understanding of jobsite safety and ability to identify hazards
- Ability to read tape measures and use angles/mathematical calculations
- Must pass a background check and have a clean driving record
- Willing to travel for out-of-state projects (1–2 weeks at a time)
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Eager to grow, lead, and continually learn
