Role Description This is a full-time or part-time, on-site Physical Therapist role based at the Tallahassee, FL clinic. The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, function, and quality of life. Daily responsibilities include performing patient assessments, documenting progress, educating patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, and collaborating with other therapy and medical professionals. The role also involves maintaining accurate clinical records, ensuring compliance with regulatory and ethical standards, and supporting a safe, welcoming clinic environment. The Physical Therapist will work with a varied caseload across ages and conditions, focusing on functional outcomes and patient goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation, with the ability to design and adjust individualized treatment plans.
  • Demonstrated skills in Patient Care and Home Care, including patient education, safety awareness, and development of home exercise programs.
  • Working knowledge of Medicine relevant to musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiopulmonary conditions treated in an outpatient setting.
  • Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Physical Therapist in Florida.
  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent accredited Physical Therapy degree.
  • Effective interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills, with the ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary environment.
  • Ability to manage a varied caseload, prioritize tasks, and maintain professional judgment in a fast-paced clinic.
  • CPR/BLS certification and familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems preferred.
