About the RoleJoin a growing manufacturing team in a clean, organized, and team-oriented environment. This position supports warehouse and production operations by managing inventory, preparing shipments, and ensuring materials are ready for production.Key Responsibilities
- Pick parts for production work orders
- Manage overstock inventory using FIFO methods
- Load and unload trucks
- Put received materials into warehouse stock locations
- Package parts for FedEx & UPS shipments
- Label and prepare equipment for shipment
- Load finished units onto trucks
- Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy
Qualifications
- Forklift experience a plus (training provided)
- Strong follow-through and communication skills
- Good organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable lifting up to 70 lbs
- Positive attitude and team mindset
