About the Role

I’m hiring a grounded, proactive, detail-oriented assistant to help me stay focused and move faster across multiple projects in a coaching and creative business.

This is not a low-level task role. I’m looking for someone who takes ownership, communicates clearly, and genuinely enjoys bringing clarity and momentum to the work. If you're steady, organized, and have supported founders, creatives, or coaches before—this might be a great fit.

We’ll start with 3–10 hours/week. If it’s a strong match and you prove to be a real asset, this can grow into a 20–40+ hr/week role over time. Long-term potential is real—but it has to be earned.

Core Responsibilities

  • Coordinate podcast research, outreach, and scheduling

  • Support an affiliate campaign (email + DM-based outreach and light CRM use)

  • Light bookkeeping

  • Calendar and inbox coordination

  • Upload, organize, and help develop student-facing content in Gamma (or Notion/Google Docs)—including formatting, indexing, and improving clarity for learning

  • Occasional research, customer service, and admin tasks as needed

Ongoing Project: Curriculum & Scroll Building (2–5 hrs/week)

You'll help transform raw teaching materials into clean, structured, visually engaging student resources. You don’t need to be a curriculum expert, but you should have an eye for formatting, flow, and turning live or written teachings into well-organized, digestible materials.

  • Have supported coaches, founders, or creative professionals before

  • Communicate clearly and consistently

  • Are self-directed and don’t need hand-holding

  • Care about integrity, responsibility, follow-through, clear agreements, and doing excellent work

  • Are comfortable working async and remotely

  • Are a strong writer, and have decent ghostwriting skills

  • Google Workspace

  • Notion, Gamma.app

  • YNAB or other light bookkeeping tools

  • Discord, Slack, or basic project management systems

  • Canva or formatting experience is a plus
