Sales – Management – Possible Ownership For Select Candidate – 75-150K

Mattress Brokers Inc.(MBI), is a North Carolina based mattress distribution company that strives to provide high quality mattresses to the public at 40-70% below the traditional retail sector. We do this through ongoing manufacturer negotiations, operating out of small nondescript retail spaces, and keeping our advertising/operational/promotional expenses to a minimum.

We are currently seeking 1 proven sales professional to manage operations within our Asheville, NC territory.

Requirements

No industry experience needed - Sales and/or Management experience is a must.

Must be comfortable on the phone - There is no cold calling required, however you will need to respond to incoming calls/texts throughout the day from inquiring customers.

Must be a good manager of time - Although incoming calls/texts can be answered remotely, your presence at our location will be required most evenings from 4-7pm.

Must be comfortable operating alone in a casual warehouse environment - Our business requires just one person to manage operations within any given territory, therefore a good multi tasker is preferred.

Day in the life

• Coordinate with customers to pick up their merchandise when it arrives at the designated location.
• Meet customers at the territory location, and allow them to view the advertised merchandise.
• Post/refresh company's advertising via online mediums per company standards as trained.
• Respond to 15-25 incoming calls/texts/inquiries, etc daily from potential customers.
• Convert 50%+ of inquiries into customer appointments.
• Accept / Inventory weekly deliveries.

Appointments

• Customer appointments run approximately 10 minutes
• 70-90% of appointments typically end with a sale
