Fusion Therapy Center is hiring a Patient Services Manager to oversee patient services operations, scheduling, and administrative workflows for our pediatric clinic. This is a leadership role responsible for patient flow, attendance health, schedule protection, team oversight, and patient advocacy. This position is designed for an organized leader who values structure, accountability, and impact.


Key responsibilities include supervising the Patient Services team, interpreting attendance and arrival reports, developing action plans for permanent and flex schedules, with a focus on protecting therapist productivity and patient continuity.


The Patient Services Manager collaborates closely with the leadership team to identify scheduling trends, gaps, and growth opportunities. This role also oversees chart maintenance processes, evaluation workflows, compliance-supporting administrative systems, and assists with Division 2 policy updates as needed.


Training and development are core functions of this position. The Patient Services Manager trains new team members, provides ongoing coaching, and ensures alignment with Fusion’s communication standards and patient-centered care philosophy.


Qualifications include healthcare administration or clinic operations experience, with leadership experience preferred. The ideal candidate is highly organized, confident interpreting reports and statistics, and communicates clearly and professionally.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in healthcare administration or medical office management preferred
  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience required
  • Experience in a pediatric or therapy setting preferred
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to interpret data and make operational decisions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
