About the Role:

The Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) at ABA Enhancement LLC in Texas plays a pivotal role in overseeing the delivery of high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to clients with developmental disabilities. This position is responsible for providing clinical leadership, ensuring treatment plans are evidence-based, and supervising a team of behavior technicians and therapists. The Clinical Supervisor will collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to tailor interventions that promote meaningful client progress. Additionally, this role involves ongoing data analysis and program adjustments to optimize therapeutic outcomes. Ultimately, the Clinical Supervisor ensures compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements while fostering a supportive and growth-oriented clinical environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential in good standing.
  • 100 Billable Hours per month.
  • Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Experience supervising ABA therapy teams and working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • Strong knowledge of ABA principles, assessment tools, and intervention strategies.
  • Valid licensure or certification as required by the state of Texas.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a clinical or home-based ABA service setting.
  • Familiarity with electronic data collection and clinical management software.
  • Additional certifications related to autism spectrum disorders or developmental disabilities.
  • Strong background in staff training and professional development.
  • Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams including speech therapists, occupational therapists, and educators.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments.
  • Supervise, train, and mentor behavior technicians and therapists to maintain high standards of clinical practice.
  • Conduct regular clinical observations and provide constructive feedback to staff to enhance service delivery.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure coordinated and effective care.
  • Analyze client data to evaluate progress and make data-driven decisions to modify treatment as needed.
  • Ensure all clinical documentation is accurate, timely, and compliant with organizational and regulatory standards.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives.
