With at least 1 year of experience under your belt, you’ll bring your knowledge and skills to provide high-quality therapeutic care, build trusting relationships, and empower clients to achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll:
- Provide individual, group, or family therapy sessions tailored to client needs.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to support client progress.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment plans.
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
- Stay up-to-date with best practices and advancements in the field of therapy.
What We’re Looking For
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- A valid license to practice therapy in North Carolina.
- At least 1 year of professional experience as a therapist.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
- A commitment to ethical practices and confidentiality.
- The ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.
