We are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to join our team in greater Spartanburg, South Carolina. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in financial recordkeeping and a proactive approach to managing accounts and reconciliations.


Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger entries, profit and loss statements, and balance sheets.

• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.

• Conduct bank and credit card reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.

• Prepare monthly financial statements and reports for management review.

• Oversee time and attendance tracking, ensuring compliance with company policies.

• Support minor HR functions such as onboarding, benefits administration, and exit interviews.

• Collaborate with management to ensure smooth daily operations and adherence to company standards.

• Utilize QuickBooks Enterprise and QuickBooks Online for efficient financial management.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related financial role.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Enterprise and QuickBooks Online.
• Strong understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliation processes.
• Ability to prepare accurate monthly financial statements and reports.
• Familiarity with general ledger and balance sheet management.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members.
