INDUSTRIAL CONSTRUCTION CRANE OPERATOR

An established and reputable industrial construction company with a great working environment and teamwork mentality is seeking an experienced crane operator in Blair, Nebraska.

JOB SUMMARY

Candidate must be able to operate various types of cranes, to include telescopic swing cab and lattice boom crawler crane, with precision and accuracy while complying with all safety regulations and standards.

COMPENSATION

• $35.00 - $39.00+ per hour, based on experience

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operate cranes and hoists
• Lifting and transporting various large objects using lifting and rigging equipment
• Select, secure, and adjust suitable chains, cables, slings, hooks, and other lifting and securing devices to properly load, unload, and balance a variety of equipment and other items being moved or positioned by mobile cranes
• Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards (e.g., OSHA, customer, employer)

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be qualified to work in the United States
• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must have valid driver’s license
• Must have NCCCO Crane Certification
• Crane operation experience of 2+ years
• Must pass background check
• Must pass pre-employment physical and drug screen
• Excellent communication skills
• Follow specific detailed instructions
• Punctual attendance
• Strong time management
• Team player
• Self-motivated and detail oriented
