Job Description

We're building three single-family homes in Noe Valley - two breaking ground June 2026 and another one to follow shortly after - with even more coming soon! We're looking for an experienced PM to own these projects from permits to CO.

YOU MUST HAVE

5+ years of experience managing residential construction projects
Based in the SF Bay Area - hybrid on-site/working from home opportunity
Ability to read and navigate full plan sets (architectural, structural, civil, MEP)
SF DBI permitting experience - permits, inspections, code compliance
Experience coordinating utility connections (water, sewer, gas, electric) with SF/PG&E

THE ROLE

Manage schedules, budgets, and subcontractors across overlapping builds
Handle all permitting, inspections, and city agency coordination
Be on-site regularly; serve as the owner-facing point of contact
Track RFIs, submittals, change orders, and daily site documentation

NICE TO HAVE

Prior experience building in Noe Valley or dense SF neighborhoods
SFPUC water/sewer connection experience
Managing multiple concurrent projects
