In this role, you’ll serve as the primary executive liaison for key clients, ensuring exceptional service, measurable results, and long-term retention. You will oversee client strategy, account growth, and delivery excellence—aligning our recruiting solutions with each client’s unique hiring challenges and business goals.

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with mid to senior client stakeholders, serving as the primary point of contact for strategic discussions and issue resolution.
  • Lead account planning, forecasting, and performance reviews to ensure delivery meets or exceeds client expectations.
  • Partner with internal recruiting, analytics, and operations teams to drive client success, proactively addressing challenges and surfacing opportunities for optimization.
  • Develop and implement client engagement strategies that improve satisfaction, expand service adoption, and increase account value.
  • Monitor key metrics and SLAs, ensuring transparency through executive-ready reporting and insights.
  • Represent the client voice in internal strategy discussions, helping to shape new solutions, tools, and processes that strengthen overall delivery.
  • Mentor and guide client success managers and account leaders, fostering a culture of excellence, responsiveness, and continuous improvement.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in client management within the recruitment industry, technology/SaaS experience preferred.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to engage and influence various level client stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on proactive service and measurable impact.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data to tell stories, demonstrate ROI, and guide strategic recommendations.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive outcomes in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.
