The Rappa District Office is looking for someone to build and operate a Farmers Insurance agency in Warner Robins. You’ll develop a client base, create relationships in the community, and hire and lead a team as your agency grows.

You don’t need an insurance background to be considered. We’re looking for someone who knows how to work with people, create new business, and take responsibility for results. We provide licensing support, training, and ongoing guidance throughout the process.

This is an agency ownership opportunity, not a guaranteed-salary position or traditional 9-to-5 job.

Benefits

$5,000 launch bonus

Responsibilities

As an agency owner, you’ll:

Create and carry out a plan for agency growth
Build a pipeline through networking, referrals, marketing, and community involvement
Talk with clients about their needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
Generate new business and develop long-term client relationships
Set production goals and track the agency’s performance
Recruit and develop sales professionals as the agency grows
Build referral relationships with local professionals and business owners

Requirements

We may be a good fit if you:

Have experience in sales, management, leadership, business development, or another client-facing role
Enjoy meeting people and building professional relationships
Are comfortable prospecting and creating new business
Can recruit, coach, and motivate a team
Want responsibility for the direction and results of your agency
Are willing to become involved in the Warner Robins community
Hold Georgia Property Casualty and Life Health licenses or are willing to obtain them with our support

Insurance experience is helpful, but it is not required.
