Job Opportunity – Operating Room RN (Transplant Specialist) – Florida

Start Date: April 20, 2026
Location: Davie, Florida
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 0645-1715 with liver call coverage; 36-40 guaranteed hours per week; includes 1 on-call shift per week and 2 weekend shifts per month

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of direct Operating Room experience with strong transplant background (liver, heart, lung, and kidney)
• Demonstrated experience in organ transplantation procedures (not just procurement/harvesting)
• Proficiency with Misonix/CUSA technology required
• Active Florida RN license (pending licenses accepted)
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications required at time of submission
• NIHSS certification must be obtained prior to start date
• Nicotine-free status mandatory; negative 10-panel drug screen plus cotinine test required
• Willingness to participate in teaching activities with students and new staff
• COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations required (medical/religious exemptions only)
