Responsibilities:
• Maintain and update financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes efficiently.
• Perform regular account and bank reconciliations to verify accuracy.
• Handle payroll activities, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Execute month-end close procedures, including preparing necessary journal entries.
• Utilize QuickBooks to manage accounting tasks and generate financial reports.
• Conduct data entry and maintain organized records for all financial transactions.
• Assist in troubleshooting minor technical issues related to accounting software and systems.
• Collaborate with business owners to provide financial insights and support decision-making.• Proven experience in bookkeeping, with a strong background in QuickBooks.
• Proficiency in managing accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).
• Ability to perform accurate account and bank reconciliations.
• Familiarity with payroll processes and month-end close procedures.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
